We have not only the area inside the theater, the Cos House, and the Cos House courtyard, but also a lot of space on Villita Street itself. We invite vendors who wish to setup booths to contact us. We'll set you up with an area to "show your stuff". The San Antonio Cloggers' Showcase does not provide any tables, chairs, tents, or other supplies you may need for your booth. Lighting is practically non-existent on Villita street and there are no electrical outlets. If you require electricity to your booth, there are fees based on booth size and wattage needed.. Booth spaces are available on a first come, first served basis in sizes 10 x 10 and 10 x 20. Booth fees are as follows:
The San Antonio Cloggers' Showcase does not negotiate any city fees or permits on behalf of any vendor. You are responsible for any and all items required by the city and La Villita to operate your booth. Food booths are required to cover their entire floor area with plywood in order to protect the La Villita street tiles. Failure to do so will find you instantly shut down! While the San Antonio Cloggers' Showcase does provide overnight and event security, we do NOT accept any responsibility or liability connected with your booth. By requiring up-front fees for your booth, the San Antonio Cloggers' Showcase removes the need for a ticket redemption system. Vendors can now collect cash from attendees and La Villita visitors alike. We feel this will increase vendor sales and greatly decrease our need to track tickets and handle money. Please plan ahead on your requirements for change as the San Antonio Cloggers' Showcase cannot supply change for your booth. We use IBC bank for our funds. They MAY be able to help you with change. They're about 3/4 of a mile from the theater and can be reached by foot. They close at 6 PM on Friday and are NOT open on Saturday. Get the vendor contract here. |
